\\LOCATION

ParaCon will take place at The Meade County Banquet Center. It is located at 400 Library Place in Brandenburg, Ky.

 

\\SIGN UPS

Entrance in the Zombie Walk will begin in August. It is open to all ages. Videos, photography and social media tagging is encouranged. This is an all ages event so alcohol will be prohibited. 

 

\\VENORS

There is still time to become a vendor. Vendor sign ups conclude Sept. 16. This is a themed event. Your booth will have to be paranormal, supernatural, halloween, ect. themed. All inquiries will be vetted before alloting booth space. You can download a vendor form here. 

 

\\PANELISTS

All panelists will be alloted a maximum of 45 mintues to speak. In this time they can show videos, photographs, display how technology works, ect. All panelists content will be viewed by ParaCon's committee before Aug. 1. We have to assess if there would be anything that would require an age restriction on a panel. All panelists will also be given a vendors table during the convention. Schedules of panelists will be made after all confirmations and approvals. You can download a panelist form here.

 

\\AUTOGRAPHS

All autograph signings are up to the discretion of the vendor. It is also the discretion of the vendor if they will charge a fee for autographs. ParaCon has no control over how much the pricing of autographs will be. ParaCon only has discretion over the theme of items sold during the convention. 

 

\\PROGRAMS

Collectable programs will be available day of ParaCon with all panelists, vendors and activities listed inside. There will also be information about local attractions, restaurants and participating businesses located inside the program. 

 

\\ENTRY & SECURITY

All convention goers have to come in through the front door of the banquet center. This is due to making sure we have an accurate count and comply with fire code numbers. If you are doing anything that is deemed inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive, security will escort you from the convention and you will not be permitted to return.

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

The drinking of alcoholic beverages will be strictly prohibited inside the convention. This is an all ages event.
